RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to provide the best experience for our customers. Below is our return policy:


  • Online sale can be refunded within 14 days of delivery for the value of the puzzle for store credit. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fee for returns.


  • Any item being sold has been inspected for damage, therefore it is assumed to have been sold in good condition. If damage is found please inform us immediately or we will not be able to compensate you.


  • For other cases where the mistake is not made on our side, such as but not limited to: customer changed their mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.


  • When returning products, they must be in good condition and in the original wrapping (meaning unopened). If a return does not arrive in good condition a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.


  • We will not accept returns of opened product.


  • A return must be received before a refund is issued.


  • Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been processed and shipped.


  • If there is a missing piece in the jigsaw puzzle, we are happy to assist and mail you the missing piece. 



Arcadia Puzzles reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders for any reason, such as pricing errors or inventory mistakes. In these rare cases you will be informed of the situation as soon as possible.
